With a very strong fishing and seafood market in Scotland we have become a key partner to many customers within this industry as we understand fish and seafood refrigeration; the delicate nature of fish and the speed to market that your refrigeration equipment has to support.

The ACE team recently worked with Associated Seafoods who sell salmon and shellfish to customers around the globe. They were refurbishing and upgrading their existing fish processing factory in Buckie.

ACE Refrigeration helped to create a new BRC (British Retail Consortium) compliant processing plant, designing and installing  a number of chill areas including pre-smoke and post-smoke chills, a curing chill, a crab chill and a blast chill as well as a goods-in chill, despatch chill and refrigerated goods out holding area.

We have also carried out major design & installation projects for customers such as Inverawe Smokehouse,Marine Harvest, Scottish Sea Farms, Braehead SFO, Edinburgh Salmon Company, Spey Valley Smokehouse, Galloway Seafoods (part of the Sco-Fro Group), Tradimar, Bernard Corrigan Ltd and Alex Duff, Aberdeen.
