We recognise our people to be one of our biggest assets, that’s why we continually strive to help them improve the service they give to our customer by investing in their training and personal development.
Legislative Training
Our Engineers have all successfully completed the required Fgas training and hold all the required qualifications.
We are also investing in Air Conditioning Energy Assessor Training to allow us to offer this service to our customer from day one of the new legislation coming into effect inScotland. See our TM44 Section which explains who will be affected by this and when.
Manufacturer Training
Our close working relationships with key manufacturers mean our engineers have regular training from them, keeping them up to date with the latest product and technology developments. Recent courses attended have been supplied by Daikin and Mitsubishi.
Technical Training
We are also investing in developing and widening our technical offering to customers and engineer have been on Ammonia courses to allow them to work on Ammonia systems and develop this offering.
We also carry out regular in-house training where our more experienced and technically qualified staff pass on their knowledge to other in the team.
Personal Development
We believe in investing in growing our own people and maintenance engineers go on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning courses to help them develop with a view to becoming more technically competent Service Engineers.
