Case Study

Large Glasgow Bakery – Refrigeration designed and installed by large National Contractor.

The Bakery contacted us 9 months after installation asking if we could possibly address the outstanding problems that they were having with the new plant, which the National Contractor was unable to fix.

ACE Refrigeration compiled a Report which the Bakery gave to the Contractor detailing the faults on the original installation and how they should be addressed before the guarantee expired.

The Contractor carried out our recommendations and we now have the Bakery as a Maintenance Customer.
