Service & Maintenance Packages

The two standard packages we offer are Gold Care and Silver Care

Silvercare

One two or more Maintenance visits per annum at agreed intervals and pre arranged dates to suit both parties. This includes full inspection of the equipment where the engineer will carry out all necessary work as per our detailed checklist and scope of work listings.

On completion of the maintenance inspection a copy of our engineers report/checklist will be forwarded to you detailing any faults found or defective parts that require to be replaced complete with the relevant cost for replacing the required parts.

In this offer all materials and labour for reactive service calls will be on a chargeable basis with the labour and travel element being charged at a discounted rate.

Goldcare

One two or more Maintenance visits per annum at agreed intervals and prearranged dates to suit both parties. In this offer the labour content for reactive calls in respect of mechanical breakdowns placed during normal working hours are included within the contract value. Any equipment deemed to be over 10 years and over will be included for maintenance visits only. All reactive calls placed during normal working hours to such equipment will be on a chargeable basis with the labour element being charged at a discounted rate.
